Chef Mel (Melissa Anderson) was born, raised and received her Culinary education in the greater Cleveland area. With over a decade of experience working and being trained by some of the best chefs in Cleveland, Chef Mel has decided to make her own name in Cleveland as a Professional Personal Chef. In 2008, Everybody Eats was born.
With at least a decade of work experience, Chef Mel felt that it was time for her to branch out and to go down a different road in the culinary arts field. She will never forget the experience she gathered over the years working at places such as:
The Ritz-Carlton, The Hyatt, Renaissance Hotel, The Metropolitan Ballroom, Sammy's, McCormick & Schmick's Fresh Seafood and a number of other events with some of the best chefs in the city.
The National Restaurant Association's high standards for safety and sanitation is the guidance for Chef Mel's daily operations. As a holder of the ServSafe certificate-you are assured that Chef Mel is knowledgeable regarding safe and proper food service handling. Chef Mel gives utmost attention to safe food standards as well as being as environmentally conscience and eco-friendly as possible. Supporting local farms, markets and businesses is also of high importance to Everybody Eats.
